Drilling machines in soil and rock
The history of Dotan Technologies in the production of drilling machines begins in the late 1970s when it developed and manufactured microfiles for the "Dirt and Rock" company and then for the "Winding" company (Dashen) based on D8.
In the last two years we have designed and remanufactured a number of microfiles and earth machines on top of Caterpillar and Hitachi batches.
All machines were approved by the Technion and licensed by the Ministry of Transportation – heavy equipment.

All machines work at very high powers, and most importantly – without malfunctions.
The DT-250 earth machines reach a drilling depth of about 30 meters, but in an innovative design that includes many technical improvements that all affect the quality and reliability of the machine.
The rock machines are suitable for drilling diameters of 450 mm and 600 mm, and include drilling rods (rods) and cartridges that are suitable for any size of drilling depth of about 22 meters.

The drilling machine consists of larvae and a spire of a bugger.
The machine includes a 12-meter-long tower, telescopic drilling rods that move inside the tower and reach a depth of about 33 meters.
A cable winch lowers and raises the rods.
At the bottom of the rods a drill of the desired size, up to a diameter of 2 meters.
The operator drills while releasing the cable from the winch, and when the drill bit is full he removes it from the ground and shakes its contents on the ground, on the side.
In this machine, the entire hydraulic system is replaced in order to achieve the required performance, and the following functions are available:
Travel, folding, leveling, lifting / lowering while controlling the lowering speed, drilling, shaking, pressing and operating an auxiliary winch.
